Our Review: The scent is rich and bursting with berries, with just a hint of mint. Many fruity teas can be quite sickly, but this isn't one of them; it doesn't taste synthetic. The flavour is warming and aromatic, with a slight spicy kick. It's also not too sweet, despite all the fruit. It feels more substantial than you might expect, due to the licorice, ginger and aniseed infusion. This tea is also packed full of health benefits; every ingredient has been used for thousands of years to aid digestion and support your immune system. It's also a good blend for treating motion and morning sickness, as well as encouraging good circulation and cleansing your blood. The rosehip makes this a good one for women, too.
Best time of year to drink this: Whenever you're feeling a bit run down (likely in autumn or winter), this is a good one to perk up your body's natural defence systems.
Best time of day to drink this: 2-4 pm or after dinner.
