It smells like something from your ear. We expect that's because of the elderflower. Whilst this flavour works well in cordial, hot teas made with elderflower or elderberry always seem to fail monstrously.
Thankfully, the tea doesn't taste like something from your ear (...not that we know what that tastes like...). In fact, it doesn't taste of...anything. Perhaps weak green tea, but that's it. It's a bit like having the sixth cup made from the same tea pyramid. We can't see the point of drinking this. You would be better off just having hot water. At last that wouldn't smell like ears.
