Review: The back of the box translates the name into German (Frauen Power) and French (La Femme Active).  All we could think was, Girl power!

All the ingredients are traditionally used to treat women's health issues - although we have come across warnings in internet forums that say you shouldn't have too much of this tea, because it could lead to a headache.  On the other hand, apparently it is actually quite an aphrodisiac, when drunk in large quantities.  We can't vouch for this, ourselves!

What makes this tea stand out is that rather than overpowering the blend with rose (like so many other women's teas), the primary ingredient is hibiscus.  It means that while this tea does have a floral aroma, it doesn't taste of perfume.  So if you're like Three Tulsi and don't like that strong rose flavour, this makes for a great alternative.  It's also just sweet enough to stave off those hormonal sugar cravings, and the black pepper gives it a bit of a kick in the back of the throat.  Warm and wakeful, this tea also makes for a great morning pick-me-up.

Best time of year to drink this: Any time you're feeling a bit hormonal.

Best time of day to drink this: Mornings, to get your day started.
