Review: This is one of the most expensive herbal teas we've ever seen! Yes, it's Fair Trade certified, but come on! We only had this because we were given a free sample. And thank goodness, because it is NOT worth the money. We could hardly taste the blueberry; it was all hibiscus...but with a strange pasta-like aftertaste (presumably from the inclusion of sage). It's like drinking very tart tomato sauce.
Essentially, this is your standard fruit tea, with sage stupidly thrown in, packaged in a poncy upright bag (that won't sink into the cup no matter how much water you pour on it, so you have to keep pushing it down with a spoon to get it to infuse), with a paper leaf tacked onto the top. What on earth is the point? You're much better off buying Sainsbury's Blackberry & Blueberry. You can actually taste the fruit in that one, and a whole box costs about as much as one tea pyramid from Tea Forté.
Based on the ridiculous price alone, we are marking this AVOID.
