The smell is sweet and warming - spicy, but not overwhelmingly ginger. It's also very citrusy, much more so than the more traditional ginger and lemon blend.
The flavour is soothing and refreshing. Using lime makes for a sweeter, fruitier taste than lemon. The spices are warming and rich - not too intense but just right. There isn't much more we can say about this one other than: it's a perfect infusion and instantly takes its place on our Must-Have Teas list. We've never actually seen it on the shelves, so you may need to order this one online - but it is definitely worth it.Best time of year to drink this: Any time of year, although the selection of spices makes you think of autumn / Christmas
Best time of day to drink this: Any time of day, but particularly nice in the morning, to give you a caffeine-free wake-up kick
