In fact, the strength of that ginger is a shock to your throat. It's really fiery, unlike any other ginger blend we've tried - but it genuinely has a citrusy fruity 'twist' to it. And it's more fruit than just lemon. The grapefruit comes through well, while the hibiscus adds another layer, its tartness enhancing the fruity ingredients. All that said...it wasn't a pleasant experience. It was just so hot. Perhaps if you go for this one, don't brew it as long...but then, would it have as much flavour? If you know the answer, do leave us a comment below. We were very undecided about this blend.Best time of year to drink this: Perhaps summer...or Christmas-time
