Review: As the name suggests, this is a chai blend originating in the Kashmir region on the border of India and Pakistan. Some chai brews are very spicy, or too heavy on the clove, to the point where your mouth goes numb. This one is subtler - less clove, and also less aniseed, which means it's not as sweet as some chai can be. It has a mellower flavour, and it's a bit savoury because of the bay leaf - an interesting ingredient we haven't personally seen in other such blends. We really liked this one and think you will too. It's a delicate blend that hits just the right spot.
